Time to vote. What should the plan be for high school sports in the fall?

On Monday, the Florida High School Athletic Association is holding an emergency board of directors meeting virtually to discuss the plan for high school sports in the fall.

A three-phase proposal created by the FHSAA’s task force appears to be off the table, especially after executive director George Tomyn recommended not adopting it.

So what should the plan be?

Should fall sports keep the same schedule with practices starting on July 27? Should they be pushed back to a later date? What about switching the seasons of fall and spring sports? Or should fall sports be canceled this year because of the pandemic?

Time to vote.
