Tampa Bay Tech girls basketball coach Reggie Lawrence, whose team won a state title two years ago, was arrested on six charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor according to booking information by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The charges are all first degree felonies. The booking information also said Lawrence, 48, was an authority figure over a student. 

Bond is set at $90,000.

Lawrence was head coach of Tampa Bay Tech’s girls basketball program for the past 11 seasons. Two years ago, the Titans won their first state title. They started last season ranked sixth nationally before falling in the region final.
