Time to vote: Offensive player of the week

Here are the nominations fans and coaches submitted for offensive player of the week. Voting lasts through Monday. 

OL Tyler McManus, So., Clearwater

Stats: The Tornadoes’ center helped pave the way for an effective ground game in a win against Largo. It was the first time Clearwater had beaten its rival since 2016. 

QB Adrian Miller, Jr., Bishop McLaughlin

Stats: The dual-threat had a combined 306 yards of offense (168 rushing, 138 passing) and accounted for two touchdowns in the win over Bronson to help the Hurricanes start 2-0 for the first time in five years. 

QB Gabe Olds, Sr., Countryside

Stats: Went 12-of-19 for 187 yards and two touchdowns through the air and ran for 78 and two more scores in a win over Osceola. 

RB Deon Silas, Sr., Steinbrenner

Stats: The Iowa State commit was a scoring machine against Alonso, finishing with five touchdowns on the ground. He also ran for 200 yards on 11 carries and had three receptions for 55 yards. 

QB Chris Stephenson, So., Cambridge Christian

Stats: Led an efficient offense, completing 20 of his 25 passes for 328 yards and two touchdowns. He also scored once on the ground in a win over Trenton.

RB Anthony Weaver, Jr., Keswick Christian

Stats: Ran for 49 yards and scored twice on the ground in the Crusaders win over Indian Rocks Christian.
