Prime time teams

Steinbrenner: For the second time in the past week, the Warriors knocked off Plant, this time winning in four games. That gives Steinbrenner plenty of confidence it can keep that success going in the Class 7A postseason.

Tampa Prep: The Terrapins got past a major stumbling block, beating arch nemesis Berkeley Prep in five games. Tampa Prep’s victory ended a nine-match losing streak to its rival that dated back to 2014.
