Time to vote: Offensive player of the week

Here are the nominees for offensive player of the week. Voting lasts through Monday.

QB Nathan Carter, So., East Bay: The first-year signal caller had a knack for finding the endzone, scoring three rushing touchdowns in a 41-35 win over Riverview. 

RB Contae Cason, Sr., Hernando: Ran for 122 yards and had a 76 yard reception in a 34-28 loss to rival Nature Coast. 

RB Ryan Cunningham, Sr., East Lake: Scored the game-winner in the fourth quarter on a 10-yard run that completed the comeback in a 20-16 win over River Ridge. 

WR Reagan Ealy, Sr., Plant City: Had 12 receptions for 220 yards and two touchdowns in a 43-42 win over Tampa Bay Tech.

QB Nick Felice, Sr., Plant City: The veteran had the best game of his high school career, completing 30 of his 38 passes for 424 yards and five touchdowns and scoring the game-winner on a short run with no time remaining to complete the comeback in a wild 43-42 win over Tampa Bay Tech. 

ATH Kinyatah Morgan, Sr., Nature Coast: Scored on a 65-yard reverse and returned a kickoff for a touchdown in a 34-28 win over rival Hernando. 

WR Martel Mott, Sr., St. Petersburg Catholic: The versatile playmaker finished with 127 yards of total offense (35 rushing, 92 receiving) and had four touchdowns (three receiving, one rushing) in a 52-49 loss to Bradenton Saint Stephen’s. 

QB Chris Stephenson, So., Cambridge Christian: The dual threat threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another 44 and a score in a 21-13 win over Seffner Christian.  

RB Xavier Townsend, Jr., Berkeley Prep: The multi-purpose back had 253 yards of total offense (152 rushing, 101 receiving) and scored five touchdowns (three receiving, two rushing) in a 41-35 win over Lakeland Victory Christian.
