Here are the nominees for the Pasco County Football Player of the Week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

WR Kennen Ayala, Jr., Land O’ Lakes: Had five catches for 144 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Cypress Creek. 

LB Hunter McFarland, Sr., Mitchell: Recorded five tackles and a sack and forced two fumbles, recovering one in a win over Hudson. 

QB Jayce Nixon, Fr., Zephyrhills Christian: Completed 10 of his 14 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Zarephath Academy. 

WR/FS Angel Ortiz, Sr., Gulf: Had seven catches for 108 yards and a touchdown on offense and four tackles and an interception on defense in a win over Central.

WR Bryson Rodgers, Jr., Wiregrass Ranch: Have five catches for 88 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Zephyrhills.
