Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County volleyball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

S Sydney Applefield, So., St. Petersburg: Had a combined 24 assists and nine digs in wins over Bradenton Southeast and Boca Ciega to help the Green Devils take home the Class 5A, District 10 title. 

L/DS Natalie Grantges, Jr., Osceola: Finished with eight digs and five service aces in a win over Hollins en route to the Class 5A, District 9 title. 

OH Sydney Jackwin, Sr., Keswick Christian: The Louisiana Tech commit, who has already surpassed 1,000 kills and digs in her career, led the Crusaders to the Class 2A, District 6 title. 

S/L Taylor Parks, So., Calvary Christian: Recorded a combined 49 assists and seven digs to lead the Warriors in wins over Northside Christian and Clearwater Central Catholic en route to the Class 3A, District 5 title. 

RS/S Gabrielle Spankus, Sr., Tarpon Springs: Ended up with 19 assists and three kills in a win over Dunedin to help the Spongers reach the Class 4A, District 6 championship match.
