The Pasco County Football Player of the Week – Nov. 1-5

RB Hunter Sullivan, Sr., Land O’ Lakes

Though Land O’ Lakes put up some impressive numbers in the passing game this season, the offense does strive for balance.

And when the Gators run the ball, they turn to Hunter Sullivan.

Sullivan carried the ball 77 times this season, more than double the amount of anyone else on the team. He also led the Gators in rushing yards with 422 this season.

Two weeks ago, Sullivan had his best performance of the season, rushing for 106 yards on 13 carries and scoring on a touchdown reception in a win over Osceola that helped Land O’ Lakes finish the regular season with a 9-1 record.

Fan paid attention. Sullivan received 51 percent of the votes (335) in the Pasco County football player of the week poll to beat out Mitchell’s Chris Ferrini, who had 37 percent (244 votes).
