Here are the nominees for the Hernando County girls soccer player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

GK Katelyn Clark, Sr., Springstead: Made numerous stops in regulation, overtime and penalty kicks to help the Eagles beat River Ridge in the 5A region quarterfinals.

F/MF Haley D’Ambrosis, Sr., Nature Coast: Finished with a goal and an assist in a loss to Bonita Springs in the 4A region quarterfinals. 

GK Piper Sullivan, Sr., Springstead: Made eight saves and recorded a shutout in a win over Lecanto. 

MF/F Alyssa Williams, Sr., Springstead: Scored the game-winner on a penalty kick to beat River Ridge in the 5A region quarterfinals.
