Hillsborough County boys basketball player of the week poll – Feb. 14-19

Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County boys basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

F Trevor Dyson, Sr., Wharton: Led the Wildcats with 16 points, 14 rebounds and five assists in a win over Leto in the 6A region quarterfinals.  

G George Kimble, Jr., Berkeley Prep: Recorded 16 points in a win over Admiral Farragut in the 3A region quarterfinals. 

G/F Tony Livingston, Sr., King: The dual-sport athlete had one of his best performances of the season, finishing with 42 points and 13 rebounds and had the winning layup as time expired in overtime to beat Auburndale in the 5A region quarterfinals.  

F Patrick Ruffner, Sr., Jesuit: Led the Tigers with 23 points, 10 rebounds and six blocks in a win over Zephyrhills in the 5A region quarterfinals. 

G Roderick Watson-Pearcey, Sr., Tampa Catholic: Finished with 16 points and four rebounds in a win over Brooks DeBartolo in the 3A region quarterfinals.
