Tampa Catholic, ranked fourth in the classification, is in the state semifinals for the sixth time in the past seven seasons. The Crusaders have some momentum, winning 12 straight, including all three regional games by double digits. The offense is balanced with four players — Karter Knox (20.4 points per game), Karmello Branch (10.6), Eddrin Bronson (13.8) and Isaiah Campbell-Finch (10.3) — all averaging double digits in scoring. Florida State High is ranked No. 3 in the class and 17th overall in the state by MaxPreps. The Seminoles have won 10 straight games. Their leading scorer, Tre Donaldson, is a two-sport star who has already signed to play football at Auburn.
