Here are the nominees for the girls lacrosse player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Natalie Jones, Jr., Steinbrenner: Recorded a combined eight goals and two assists in wins over Alonso, Sarasota Riverview and Community School of Naples. 

Maggie Mashke, Jr., Pasco: Led the Pirates with 10 ground balls and six goals in a win over Wesley Chapel. 

Sophia Pyne, Sr., Academy of the Holy Names: Scored a combined 16 goals in three games, including seven in a win over Tampa Catholic and eight in a win against Calvary Christian. 

Mallory Welch, Jr., Osceola: Recorded six assists and four goals in a win over Boca Ciega. 

Emily Vasti, Jr., St. Petersburg Catholic: Ended up with five goals, two ground balls and two assists in a win over St. Petersburg. 

Kela Watts, Sr., Robinson: Had six goals and an assist in a win over Bloomingdale.
