Pinellas County baseball player of the week poll – April 18-23

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County baseball player of the week. Voting lasts until Saturday at noon. 

P/C/1B Ryland Bozenhard, Jr., Hollins: Threw six scoreless innings, allowing two hits while striking out six on the mound and went 2-for-3 with an RBI at the plate in a win over Seminole that secured a spot in the Pinellas County Athletic Conference championship game.  

P Madden Clark, Sr., Pinellas Park: Tossed a two-hitter, allowing two unearned runs while striking out three in a win over Palm Harbor University. P Hunter Dietz, Sr., Calvary Christian: The Warriors ace threw a one-hitter, allowing one earned run while striking out 12 in a win over previously undefeated and nationally ranked Berkeley Prep. 

P/LF Jackson Fagan, Sr., Lakewood: Threw a combined eight scoreless innings, allowing three hits while striking out 16 on the mound and going a  combined 4-for-6 with five RBIs in wins over St. Petersburg Catholic and Indian Rocks Christian.  

INF Nelson Ramos, Sr., Northeast: Went a combined 7-for-11 with two doubles, a homer, eight RBIs and three runs scored in helping the Vikings go 3-1.
