Pinellas County baseball player of the week poll — May 10-11

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County baseball player of the week from the region quarterfinals. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

P Trey Beard, Jr., Dunedin: Threw a two-hitter, allowing one earned run while striking out 15 on the mound and went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs in a win over Wesley Chapel. 

P/C/1B Ryland Bozenhard, Jr., Hollins: Threw 6 ⅔ innings, allowing two earned runs on three hits while striking out six on the mound and hit a walk-off homer in the eighth inning to beat Jefferson.  

1B/3B Dillon Costello, Sr., Calvary Christian: Went 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs scored and an RBI in a win over Clearwater Central Catholic. 

P Jayden Harriel, So., East Lake: Tossed two scoreless innings in relief, allowing one hit and finishing with five strikeouts to help the Eagles seal a win over Sarasota Riverview. 

P Tyler Saunders, Jr., Seminole: Threw five scoreless innings, allowing three hits while striking out six in a win over Sumner.
