Five area players will play in the third edition of the High School All-American Game tonight at Dodger Stadium as part of the 2022 Major League Baseball All-Star week in Los Angeles.

Calvary Christian’s Landen Maroudis and Liam Peterson, Jesuit’s Wes Mendes, Mitchell’s Aidan Miller and Strawberry Crest’s Arjun Nimmala were among 37 players rising seniors who were selected, many of whom will likely be high selections in the 2023 MLB Draft, 

Tonight’s game starts at 6 p.m. and will be livestreamed on mlb.com. It will air again Saturday at noon on the MLB Network.
