Six locals make Baseball America’s top 100 list for 2023 MLB Draft

Baseball America released its list of the top 100 prospects for the 2023 MLB Draft. Six rising seniors from the area made the list, including Mitchell’s Aidan Mitchell, who made headlines for winning MVP honors at the High School All-American Game and taking first in the event’s home run derby. Jesuit’s Wes Mendes, who was named the 5A player of the year after leading the Tigers to a state title, also made the cut. Below is the full list of locals.
