Outlook

After going the independent route, Dunedin returned to district play last season. Despite finishing with two wins, the Falcons were competitive in nearly every game a year ago. That provided some encouragement. But Dunedin will have to do some rebuilding after losing several key starters who transferred to other schools, including quarterback Parker Stirnkorb, now at Zephyrhills Christian, and receivers Jaylen Bobbitt, Michael Jelks, Justin Ingram, all of whom went to Clearwater. The strength of the team is on defense with Sam Haertle (47 tackles last season), Kaden Gregoire (28 tackles, eight sacks) and Chris Bostick (17 tackles, one interception) all returning.
