Here are the nominees for the top quarterback in Hillsborough County in Classes 2-1A. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Monday. 

Alvaunte Brown, Jr., Carrollwood Day: The first-year starter was solid in a limited role last season, completing seven of eight passes for 269 yards and four touchdowns. 

Trey Hedden, Jr., Tampa Catholic: Poised for a breakout season after throwing for 484 yards and three touchdowns last season. 

Jordan Magwood, So., Seffner Christian: Threw for more than 1,500 yards and accounted for 14 touchdowns (nine throwing, five rushing) last season. 

Troy Reader, Sr., Berkeley Prep: The Notre Dame baseball commit returns after leading the Buccaneers to the state semifinals last season. 

Chris Stephenson, Sr., Cambridge Christian: Accounted for more than 1,100 yards and 12 touchdowns (seven rushing, five throwing) last season.
