Outlook

After starting last season 3-3, St. Petersburg Catholic lost three of its final four games to fall out of contention for the playoffs. The Barons are still trying to put the pieces together on offense after nearly every skill player either graduated or transferred to other schools. The strength will be up front with an offensive line that returns four of five starters, led by tackle Brian Johnson and guard Richard Ryder. On defense, the top returners are linebacker Chris Previtera (37 tackles, one sack, one interception last season) and safety Nico Ritacca (17 tackles).
