Fan vote: Top running back in Pinellas County (Classes 2-1A) — Aug. 8

Here are the nominees for the top running back in Pinellas County in Classes 2-1A. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Zander Altieri, Jr., Calvary Christian: Came on late last season, rushing for a combined 101 yards on 11 carries in the final three games. 

Sean Cuono, So., Calvary Christian: The St. Petersburg Catholic transfer rushed for 147 yards in a limited role last season.  

Zahir Favors, Sr., Boca Ciega: Will have a more prominent role after rushing for 105 yards and one touchdown last season. 

Montravious Lloyd, Sr., Lakewood: The Pittsburgh commit ran for 641 yards and 11 touchdowns despite being injured for part of last season. 

T’ilan McGee, Jr., Clearwater: The East Lake transfer ran for 792 yards and seven touchdowns last season.  

Sammy Miller Jr., Sr., Gibbs: Ended up with 1,203 yards rushing and eight touchdowns last year. 

Jordan Mouzon, Sr., Clearwater: The Calvary Christian transfer will team with Tilan McGee to form a solid 1-2 punch for the Tornadoes. 

Lenwood Sapp, Jr., Clearwater Central Catholic: The bruising back had 1,587 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground last season.  

Jeremy Stephens, Jr., Northside Christian: Finished with 624 yards rushing and 13 touchdowns last season. 

Zuri Watson, Jr., Northside Christian: Ran for 654 yards and eight touchdowns last year.
