Here are the nominees for the top receiver in Hernando County. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Caden Bergantino, Sr., Central: The first-year receiver used his basketball bloodlines to haul in two touchdown passes in the spring game.  

Luca Garguilo, Sr., Springstead: Versatile athlete that should have a more prominent role for the Eagles this season.  

Brady Nowlan, Sr., Nature Coast: The tight end had a team-leading 462 yards and three touchdowns last season. 

Leandre Wright, Jr., Hernando: The basketball standout has already emerged as the Leopards’ top receiving threat.
