Here are the nominees for the Pasco County football team of the week, sponsored by the Army. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday. 

Cypress Creek: The Coyotes continued their strong start, routing Bradenton Bayshore 34-0 to remain undefeated. 

Gulf: After an 0-2 start, the Buccaneers have won two straight, the last a 20-13 victory over River Ridge that evened their record. 

Land O’ Lakes: The Gators recorded their second shutout of the season with a 12-0 victory over Wesley Chapel. 

Mitchell: In their three victories, the Mustangs have outscored opponents by a combined 139-6, including a 50-6 victory over Wiregrass Ranch in their Class 4, District 6 opener in the Suburban Division. 

Pasco: The Pirates have gone through a remarkable transformation, going from winless last season to staying undefeated this year after a 42-21 victory over Hernando.
