Lakewood: In a wild, high-scoring contest, the Spartans rallied in the fourth quarter to beat top seed Tampa Catholic 44-41.
Largo: The Packers’ defense delivered again, recording three second-half interceptions, in a 28-12 victory over East Bay.
Zephyrhills: The Bulldogs advanced to the region final for the first time with a 21-0 victory over Lecanto.
