Jesuit: The defending state champion Tigers kept their title hopes alive by beating Largo 31-0 in the region final.
Lakewood: The Spartans advanced to the state semifinals with a 63-42 victory over Calvary Christian.
Zephyrhills: In their first region final appearance, the Bulldogs stayed within striking against undefeated Lake Wales before losing 26-9.
