Here are the nominees for the Pasco County offensive player of the year, sponsored by the Army. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday.
RB Tayshaun Balmir, Sr., Pasco: Set the single season school rushing record with 1,899 yards and had 22 touchdowns on the ground.
QB Riley Blevins, Jr., Hudson: Threw for 2,356 yards and 28 touchdowns for the Cobras.
QB Brendyn Colella, Jr., Zephyrhills: Threw for 1,700 yards and 26 touchdowns, including a county record eight in a region quarterfinal win over Gulf.
QB Chris Ferrini, Sr., Mitchell: The dual threat ended up as a 1,000-yard passer (1,261) and 1,000-yard rusher (1,012) and accounted for 28 touchdowns (15 rushing, 13 passing) on offense.
QB Ethan Holewski, Jr., Gulf: Finished with 2,145 yards and had 29 touchdowns (23 passing, six rushing), including throwing for seven scores in a game.
WR Julius Quinones, Sr., Fivay: Finished with 1,053 receiving yards and six touchdown catches for the Falcons.
