Here are the nominees for the Pasco County girls basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday. 

Alexandria Gonzalez, Sr., Sunlake: Led the Seahawks with 28 points, including four 3-pointers, in a win over River Ridge.

Deslynn Nickell, So., Cypress Creek: Recorded an average of 22 points in a win over Central and Pasco.  

Amaiya Potter, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: Averaged 13 points, five assists, four rebounds and four steals in wins over Mitchell, Gulf, Fivay and Carrollwood Day. 

Alexis Pridemore, Sr., Gulf: Led the Buccaneers with 20 points, eight rebounds and seven steals in a win over Hudson.
