Boys basketball: Pinellas County player of the week — Dec. 26-31

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County boys basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Monday. 

Marcus Calvin, Sr., Gibbs: The Kansas football commit scored a team-high 18 points, including four straight crucial free throws in the final minute, to put the Gladiators ahead for good against Blake at Sun Bash Tampa. 

Justin Kruszewski, Sr., East Lake: Led the Eagles with a career-high 33 points, including seven 3-pointers, and had five rebounds in a win over Melbourne Holy Trinity at Sun Bash Tampa . 

Enrique Moreno-Bautista, Sr., Largo: Named to the all-tournament team after leading the Packers to a fifth-place finish of the A Bracket at the Nature Coast Christmas Tournament. 

Jordan Naylor, Jr., Canterbury: Selected to the all-tournament after leading the Crusaders to a fourth place finish at the Keswick Suncoast Classic. 

Skyler Scull, Sr., Northside Christian: Led the Mustangs with a team-high 21 points in an overtime win over Melbourne Holy Trinity. 

Ace Taylor, Jr., Calvary Christian: Finished with 12 points and nine rebounds in a win over East Lake at Sun Bash Tampa. 

Harvey Wilson, Sr., Oldsmar Christian: Hit the game-winning shot with 2 seconds left to beat Creekside Christian (Ga.).
