Volleyball: Pinellas County player of the year (Classes 7A-5A) — Jan. 24

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County volleyball player of the year in Classes 7A-5A, sponsored by the Army. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

Natalie Aniol, Jr., East Lake: Recorded 257 kills and 51 blocks for the Eagles this season. 

Jordan Bunce, Sr., St. Petersburg: Registered 208 kills, 190 digs and 52 service aces for the Green Devils this season. 

Olivia Burns, Fr., Palm Harbor University: Finished with 202 kills, 142 digs and 59 service aces for the Hurricanes this season. 

Addison Engle, Sr., Palm Harbor University: Ended up with 242 kills, 156 digs and 64 service aces for the Hurricanes this season. 

Natalie Grantges, Sr., Osceola: The defensive specialist finished with 223 digs and 46 service aces for the Warriors this season. 

Lauren Lewis, Sr., Osceola: Recorded 199 kills and 63 blocks for the Warriors this season. 

Kristina Rhoden, Jr., East Lake: Finished with 358 kills and 205 digs for the Eagles this season. 

Kendall Webber, Sr., St. Petersburg: Ended up with 144 kills and 73 blocks for the Green Devils this season.
