Here are the nominees for the Hernando County boys basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Monday. 

Braden Joyner, Jr., Central: The sharpshooter averaged 15 points and was a combined 11-of-17 from 3-point range in wins over Crystal River, Gulf and Springstead. 

Zion McKenzie, So., Springstead: Averaged seven points and seven rebounds in three games last week. 

Anthony Wilson, Sr., Weeki Wachee: Finished with 15 points and eight rebounds in a win over Hudson.
