Here are the nominees for the Pasco County boys basketball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Monday. 

Brandon Behar, Sr., River Ridge: Scored a team-high 29 points in a win over Hudson. 

Jordani Blanc, So., Zephyrhills Christian: Finished with an average of 19 points and five rebounds in wins over Universal Academy and Classical Prep. 

Ethan Hicks, So., Wesley Chapel: Averaged 16 points and five steals in wins over Cypress Creek, IMG Black and Gulf. 

Amari Jenkins, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: Ended up with 14 points, nine rebounds and four steals in a win over Freedom. 

Steve LaMothe, Sr., Gulf: Had a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds) in a win over Anclote. 

Jordan Massie, Jr., Land O’ Lakes: Recorded a double-double, finishing with 18 points and 12 assists in a win over Sunlake. 

Cayden Thomas, Fr., Mitchell: Led the Mustangs with 21 points and seven rebounds in a win over Wiregrass Ranch.
