A premier pitching matchup between the Knights’ Kohana Pousson and the Bulls’ Natalie Cable. Both combined for 22 strikeouts in last year’s meeting that Bloomingdale won 3-2. 

Steinbrenner at Riverview, 7

The Warriors, who made the region quarterfinals last season, travel to take on an improving Sharks program that won nine straight games before losing to Newsome in the district semifinals a year ago. 

Newsome at Sickles, 7

A matchup between playoff teams from a year ago. Both are replacing aces who graduated and are now playing for Division I-A programs. The Wolves won last year’s meeting 10-0.
