Here are the nominees for the Pasco County baseball pitcher of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday.

Logan Baisley, Jr., Land O’ Lakes: Threw 5 ⅔ innings, allowing two unearned runs on two hits while striking out three in a win over Bishop McLaughlin.

Mason Denmark, Jr., Zephyrhills: Threw five scoreless innings, giving up three hits and recording six strikeouts in a win over Pasco.

Dev Rupani, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: Threw three scoreless innings, allowing one hit while striking out five in a win over Cypress Creek.

Vinnie VerPault, Jr., Academy at the Lakes: Threw a no-hit shutout and recorded 10 strikeouts in a win over Gulf that lasted five innings because of the mercy rule.
