Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County baseball pitcher of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday. 

Andreas Alvarez, Jr., Northside Christian: Threw five scoreless innings, allowing two hits while striking out nine in a win over St. Petersburg Catholic. 

Jacob Fisher, Sr., Admiral Farragut: Threw 4 ⅔ scoreless, no-hit innings and recorded 12 strikeouts in a win over Gibbs. 

Tim Freundel, Sr., Tarpon Springs: Threw five scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out seven in a win over Shorecrest.

Kendall Hoffman, Jr., Seminole: Threw five innings, allowing one unearned run on two hits while striking out 10 in a win over Northeast.

Jack Johnson, Jr., Dunedin: Threw five innings, allowing one earned run on two hits while striking out six in a win over Northeast. 

Liam Peterson, Sr., Calvary Christian: Threw five no-hit innings, allowing one unearned run while striking out three, and combined with James Long on a no-hitter in a win over Palmetto. 

Cal Richey, 8th, Lakeside Christian: Threw a five inning, no-hit shutout (one walk away from a perfect game) and recorded 11 strikeouts in a win over Real Life Christian. 

Jacob Thomas, Sr., Clearwater: Threw a complete-game, one-hitter, allowing two unearned runs and recording 10 strikeouts in a win over St. Petersburg.
