This might be the best chance for the Terriers to not only compete but also beat the defending Class 1A state champion Knights. Hillsborough got off to an impressive start, beating defending 2A state finalist Newsome 31-6 and Plant City 19-0. Robinson opened the season with a 25-0 victory over Bloomingdale. This also is a matchup between a pair of dynamic playmaking quarterbacks – the Knights’ Haidyn Spano and the Terriers’ Layla West.
