Here are the nominees for the Pasco County hitter of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

CJ Chalk, Sr., Land O’ Lakes: Led the way with two homers, a double, six RBIs and three runs scored in a win over Wiregrass Ranch for the Class 6A-5 district title. 

Austin Dobbins, Sr., Zephyrhills: Ended up going 2-for-4 with a grand slam homer, four RBIs and two runs scored in a win over Lecanto in the Class 5A-8 district semifinals. 

Dalton Duncan, Jr., Pasco: Had two doubles, an RBI and a run scored in a win over Cypress Creek in the Class 5A, District 8 semifinals. 

Luke Fischer, Sr., Wesley Chapel: Ended up going a combined 4-for-8 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in wins over River Ridge and Zephyrhills for the Class 5A, District 8 title. 

Keith Jacobs, So., Bishop McLaughlin: Went a combined 4-for-5 with three triples, an RBI and two runs scored in wins over Seven Rivers Christian and First Academy for the Class 2A-5 district title. 

Maddox McDougall, Jr., Wiregrass Ranch: Ended up going a combined 4-for-8 with a double, two RBIs and three runs scored in two Class 6A-5 district tournament games.
