Girls soccer: Pinellas County player of the year (Classes 4A-2A) — June 6

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County girls soccer player of the year in classes 4A-2A. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday.

Alana Bennett, Jr., Indian Rocks Christian: Prolific scorer recorded a team-high 20 goals for the Class 2A region quarterfinalist Eagles. 

Juliet Davis, Fr., St. Petersburg Catholic: Ended up with 19 goals and nine assists for the Barons this past season. 

Kaja Dionne, Sr., Shorecrest: Finished with 24 goals and nine assists to lead the Chargers to the Class 2A state semifinals. 

Myleigh Oglesby, Jr., Dunedin: Recorded a team-high 17 goals to help the Falcons reach the Class 4A region quarterfinals. 

Adelaide Oman, Jr., Shorecrest: Ended up with 14 goals and seven assists to help the Chargers reach the Class 2A state semifinals.
