Boys soccer: Pinellas County player of the year (Classes 4A-2A) — June 12

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County boys soccer player of the year in Classes 4A-2A. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Jeremy Barton, Sr., Shorecrest: Finished with seven goals and four assists to help the Chargers reach the Class 2A region quarterfinals. 

Liam Lahsangah, Sr., Keswick Christian: Recorded 16 goals and six assists for the Crusaders this past season. 

Christian Mena, Sr., St. Petersburg Catholic: Ended up with 23 goals and four assists for the Barons this past season. 

Aimar Pioquinto, Sr., Dunedin: Recorded 10 goals and two assists to help the Falcons reach the Class 4A region quarterfinals. 

Sam Rothburd, Sr., Canterbury: Finished with 17 goals and 10 assists for the Crusaders this past season.
