What to watch tonight

Shorecrest (6-4) at Calvary Christian (13-1), 6

The host Warriors have won eight straight matches, including four of the past five via sweeps. The Chargers, meanwhile, have three of their last four matches. 

Academy of the Holy Names (7-2) at Carrollwood Day (14-1), 6

This is the second meeting between the teams in the last 10 days. The host Patriots won the first matchup, sweeping the Jaguars in the final of the Open Division at the Florida Gem Invitational. 

Keswick Christian (13-3) at Clearwater Central Catholic (6-5), 6:30

The Crusaders put their 13-match win streak on the line with a matchup against the host Marauders, who are trying to find some consistency after losing three of their past four matches. 

Springstead (5-6) at Nature Coast (5-3), 6:30

This is the first of two matches between the Hernando County rivals. After a tough start, the Eagles have turned things around with two straight victories. The Sharks are looking to bounce back after losing two of their past three matches. 

Steinbrenner (8-8) at Bloomingdale (6-0), 7:30

The Bulls’ perfect start will be challenged against the Warriors, who have played a brutally tough schedule the first half of the season. 

East Lake (6-3) at Osceola (6-8), 7:30

These teams are accustomed to meeting with a conference title at stake. The Eagles have four of their past five matches, the latest coming in a five-set thriller against rival Palm Harbor University last week. The Warriors also have some momentum, winning three of their last four matches, all via sweeps. 

St. Petersburg (5-1) at Northeast (7-4), 7:45

Since losing the season opener, the Green Devils have won five straight matches, including impressive victories over East Lake, Palm Harbor University and Osceola. The host Vikings are hoping to rebound after losing their last three matches.
