Football: Pinellas County Offensive Player of the Week — Week 9, Oct. 23, 2023

Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County offensive player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Mohamed Barrie, Jr., Boca Ciega: Ran for 101 yards and two touchdowns on four carries in a win over Hollins. 

Mykehl Boebert, Sr., Palm Harbor University: Rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries in a win over Seminole. 

Jacob Drackett, Sr., Calvary Christian: Completed 12 of 15 passes for 147 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Lakeland Christian. 

Parkees Harris, Sr., Tarpon Springs: Ran for 144 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries in a win over Dunedin. 

Jeff Jones, Jr., St. Petersburg: Racked up 291 yards (211 rushing, 80 passing) and scored four touchdowns (two passing, two rushing). 

Jack Moraniec, Sr., Osceola: Completed all five of his passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns in a win over DeSoto County.

Ti’lan McGee, Sr., Clearwater: Ran for 111 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries in a win over East Lake.

Jeremy Thomas, Sr., Largo: Compiled 147 yards (75 passing, 72 rushing) and four touchdowns (three rushing, one passing) in a win over Lakewood. 

Blake Van wormer, Sr., Northside Christian: Accounted for 234 yards (174 passing, 60 rushing) and threw for a touchdown in a win over Indian Rocks Christian. 

Kanon Vetter, Jr., St. Petersburg Catholic: Completed 10 of 12 passes for 142 yards and a touchdown in a win over Bishop McLaughlin.
