Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County volleyball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

Caroline Arnold, Sr., Academy of the Holy Names: Recorded 34 assists and 14 digs in a four-set loss to eventual champion Miami Gulliver Prep in the Class 4A state semifinals. 

Lydia Chinchar, Fr., Carrollwood Day: Ended up with 37 kills, 13 digs and six blocks in a win over Miami Westminster Christian for the Class 3A state title. 

Maggie Dostic, Jr., Plant: Finished with a combined 31 digs and 29 kills in sweeps over Doral Academy and Winter Park for the Class 7A state title. 

Alexia Goderich, Sr., Bloomingdale: Helped the Bulls get to the state semifinals for the first time since 1994.
