Here are the nominees for the Hillsborough County boys soccer player of the week poll. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Carter Chaney, Jr., Newsome: Scored three goals in a win over Armwood and had an assist in a victory over Strawberry Crest. 

Giovanni Morales, Sr., Bloomingdale: Led the Bulls by scoring two goals in a win over Wharton for the Western Conference title. 

Julian Torres, Sr., Durant: Finished the week with two goals, including the lone one in a win over Sickles. 

Leonardo Veliz, Sr., Wharton: Scored the lone goal of the match off an assist from Gavin Raitt in a Western Conference semifinal win over Plant. 

Evan Yockey, Jr., Jesuit: Had a goal in a win over Northeast and an assist in a tie against Tampa Prep.
