What to watch tonight

Osceola (2-1) at Dunedin (2-1), 6:30

Both teams are off championship game tournament appearances the opening week of the season. The Warriors reached the final of Largo’s Packer Invitational while the host Falcons made it to the title game of Seminole’s Steve Georgiadis tournament.

Nature Coast (1-0) at Hernando (2-0), 7

The rivals square off in a game that is for more than just early season bragging rights in Hernando County. This one also could ed up deciding the top seed in the Class 4A, District 6 tournament.

Mitchell (2-0) vs. East Lake (3-0), 7 (at Pasco-Hernando State College)

An anticipated matchup between neighboring rivals from different counties. The Eagles won the Packer Invitational last week. The Mustangs, meanwhile, beat Hudson and Springstead in the opening week.

Strawberry Crest (2-0) at Armwood (2-0), 7

Expect a low-scoring game. The Chargers allowed just six runs in wins over Bloomingdale and Chamberlain while the Hawks gave up only one run in victories over Steinbrenner and Tampa Bay Tech.

Jefferson (2-0) at Hillsborough (2-0), 7

This is the first time the undefeated teams have met since last year’s regular season thriller that the Terriers won 4-3 in 10 innings.

Largo (2-1) at Seminole (3-0), 7

The host Warhawks won their Steve Georgiadis tournament last week. After losing their season opener, the Packers bounced back to win win straight at their own tournament.
