Here are the nominees for the Pasco County baseball pitcher of the week poll. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

Aaron Brooks, Sr., Wesley Chapel: Went five scoreless, no-hit innings (one walk away from being perfect) and had five strikeouts in a win over Land O’ Lakes. 

Derek Carson, Sr., Cypress Creek: Threw a two-hit shutout with eight strikeouts in a win over IMG Silver. 

Carson Cooley, Jr., River Ridge: Hurled five scoreless, no-hit innings (two walks away from being perfect) and recorded 11 strikeouts in a win over Gulf.  

Sergio Garcia, So., Zephyrhills Christian: Fired a one-hit shutout with 15 strikeouts in a win over Bayshore Christian. 

Anthony Ramos, Jr., Anclote: Threw a four-hitter, allowing one earned run and striking out eight in a win over Tarpon Springs.
