Here are the nominees for the Hernando County softball player of the week poll. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Wednesday. 

Ava Braswell, Sr., Hernando: Recorded 17 strikeouts on the mound and went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs in a win over Ocala Trinity Catholic. 

Caitlin Corrigan, So., Nature Coast: Ended up going 4-for-4 with two doubles and six RBIs in a win over Central. 

Angie Isner, 8th, Hernando Christian: Went a combined 6-for-9 with a homer, a triple and 13 RBIs in wins over Real Life Christian, Weeki Wachee and Fivay.  

Alivia Miller, Fr., Springstead: Threw a one-hitter, allowing one earned run while striking out 13, on the mound and drove in three runs at the plate in a win over Lecanto.
