Carlos Marroquin, So., St. Petersburg Catholic: Threw a no-hit shutout (one walk from being perfect) and had 12 strikeouts in a win over Keswick Christian.
Julian Rosario, So., Hollins: Recorded a three-hitter, allowing one unearned run with 11 strikeouts in a win over Zephyrhills that was called after five innings because of the mercy rule.
Ian Strickland, Sr., Countryside: Hurled a one-hit shutout with nine strikeouts in a win over Anclote.
Jackson Walford, Sr., Palm Harbor University: Threw 5 ⅓ scoreless, no-hit innings with 10 strikeouts in a win over Pinellas Park.
Davis Weppler, Sr., Tarpon Springs: Tossed three scoreless innings, allowing one hit while striking out seven in a win over Gulf.
