Samantha Beltran, Shorecrest: Threw a three-hit shutout with 11 strikeouts in a win over Boca Ciega.

Mackenzie Wilfert, Hollins: Powered the Royals by going 4-for-5 with a homer, a double and five RBIs in a win over Clearwater Central Catholic.

What to watch tonight

Admiral Farragut (11-2) at Seffner Christian (12-1), 4:30

This is a rematch from a game the Blue Jackets won 10-8 in February. Since that loss, the Crusaders have won 10 straight games. Admiral Farragut is on a five-game win streak.

Mitchell (13-6) at Calvary Christian (12-5), 6

The Mustangs are starting things together with wins in three of their last four games. To maintain its success, Mitchell will have to get past the defending 3A state champion Warriors, who have won their last three games by a combined 27-4.

Osceola (13-8) at Sunlake (12-7), 6

If you like offense, this is the game for you. The Warriors average nine runs per game. The host Seahawks, meanwhile, average more than seven runs per game.

Clearwater (13-3) at Hollins (11-7), 7

The host Royals, who beat Clearwater Central Catholic on Monday to extend their win streak to five, face one of their toughest tests against the Tornadoes, winners of three straight games.

Newsome (13-5) at Bloomingdale (20-0), 7

The Bulls, ranked fourth in both 6A and overall in the state by MaxPreps, tries to keep its perfect record intact against the Wolves, who are trying to regroup after two straight losses.

Palm Harbor University (14-4) at East Lake (17-2), 7

The rivals square off for the first time this season in a game that likely will decide the North Division representative in the Pinellas County Athletic Conference final. This one also some familiar faces in new places with Karhys Pierce transferring from PHU to East Lake and Emily Boylan going from East Lake to PHU this offseason.

Steinbrenner (15-6) at Robinson (9-5), 7

The Warriors are trying to bounce back after a one-run loss in eight innings to Plant last week snapped their four-game win streak. The host Knight have plenty of momentum after winning their last four games by a combined 70-11.
