Ran for 131 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries to lead the Leopards to a 55-14 victory over Tarpon Springs in the opening round of the Class 5A state football playoffs.

Jonathan Eide

Finished eighth at the Class 2A state cross country meet in 16 minutes, 13.8 seconds, the highest among Pinellas County runners.

Dalin Mitchell

Placed fourth at the Class 1A state cross country meet in 16 minutes, 1.2 seconds and led the Crusaders to the overall team title.

Joe Pesansky

Sr., Jesuit

Threw for 323 yards and five touchdowns in a 50-7 victory over River Ridge in the opening round of the Class 5A state football playoffs.

Zuri Ramsey

Sr., Land O’ Lakes

Defended his titles in the 50 free (20.51) and placed second in the 100 free (45.87) at the Class 3A state swim meet.

Andrew Taylor

Countryside

Swam a leg on the winning 400 free relay team (3 minutes, 6.72 seconds) and took second in the 500 free (4:26.20) at the Class 3A state meet.
