Here are the nominees for the girls flag football preseason player of the year. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Thursday. 

LB/WR Isansa Bonga, Sr., Alonso: Finished last season with 39 catches for 569 yards and 16 touchdowns on offense and had 64 tackles and six interceptions on defense. 

QB/S Ti-Ti Comer, Sr., Bloomingdale: The former junior varsity quarterback became the starter in the final four games of last season and led the Bulls to the region finals.  

WR/LB Christal Rolack, Sr., Robinson: Recorded 20 receptions for 370 yards and 10 touchdowns on offense and finished with 75 tackles, five interceptions and four sacks for the defending 1A state champion Knights. 

WR/S Kaitlyn Sigmundi, Sr., Lennard: The two-way star played a vital role in leading the Longhorns to the 2A, District 8 title game last season. 

QB/S Devyn Silvestri, Sr., Newsome: The defending 2A state player of the year threw for 3,798 yards, ran for 500 more and accounted for 67 touchdowns (54 passing, 13 rushing) on offense last season and recorded 16 interceptions on defense.to lead the Wolves to their first state title.
