Here are the nominees for the Pasco County softball player of the week. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Friday. 

INF Molly Blackwood, So., Academy at the Lakes: Ended up going a combined 6-for-7 with two homers, a double, four RBIs and four runs scored in wins over Foundation Christian and Seffner Christian to take the Class 2A, District 9 title. 

P/OF/2B Stephanie Daly, So., Wiregrass Ranch: Went a combined 3-for-5 with two homers, three runs scored and two RBIs in two games to help the Bulls finish as the runnerup in the Class 6A, District 6 tournament. 

P Sydney Fowler, Sr., Mitchell: Threw a seven-hitter, allowing two unearned runs and striking out four on the mound and went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs in a win over Land O’ Lakes in the Class 6A, District 5 semifinals. 

2B/OF Madelyn Golka, Sr., Wesley Chapel:  Powered the Wildcats with two homers, a triple and a double in a win over Nature Coast in the Class 4A, District 9 tournament.
