Here are the nominees for the Pinellas County volleyball player of the week, sponsored by the Army. Voting lasts until 9 a.m. Saturday. 

DS/L Logan Draper, So., St. Petersburg: Had a combined 27 digs and 13 aces in five matches. Against Tarpon Springs, she served on 24 straight points, including four aces. 

OH Brianna Ferreira, So., Pinellas Park: Recorded a combined 72 kills and 66 digs in seven matches and helped lead the Patriots to a runnerup finish at the Shorecrest Invitational. 

OH Ashley Johnson, So., Calvary Christian: Ended up with 10 kills and 10 digs in a win over Tampa Bay HEAT. 

OH Erika Spankus, Sr., Osceola: Led the Warriors with 16 kills, 12 digs and five aces in a win over Palm Harbor University. 

S Asil Qandil, Sr., Boca Ciega: Finished with a combined 39 assists and five aces in wins over Gibbs and Northeast. 

OH/DS Aliyah Waldon, Sr., Clearwater Central Catholic: Ended up with a combined 44 kills and 16 digs in wins over over Plant, Bishop McLaughlin and St. Petersburg Catholic.
